Sorry man, I've spent over an hour re-reading everything and making sure I followed all instructions, but I still cant get the slider to work. I've filled out all of the necessary fields in the options page also. Do I need to add any plugins? I am using theme v1.5 and WP v2.9.2. I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

you need to add the path of the big and the small image to every (portfolio-) post

I figured it out. There was one field I didn't fill out in the options page. I didn't think it was relevant, but I guess it was. Thanks.
